2. AGE REQUIREMENTS & CHILDREN’S DATA
Perk Academy provides courses primarily for students aged 18 and over.
We may accept students aged 7–17 only where:
· Written parental or legal guardian consent is provided before enrolment via email, and
· Additional safeguarding measures are applied.
Class Recordings:
Students under 18 will not be recorded in class sessions without prior parental or legal guardian consent. Parents or guardians must complete the Recording Consent Declaration before the child may participate in any recorded sessions.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 7.
